Instrumental sounds with tropical and not-so-tropical house, break, techno, nudisco and trance elements and modern soul-like vocals, giving danceable melodies and catchy hooks a very individual and uncompromising sounding. OIEE is the colorful electronic solo project of Bence Kocsis launched in 2019. Bence is a well-known name in the Hungarian underground music scene as a producer-songwriter, remixer, event organizer, multimedia artist, and the host of live improvisational electronic music series WOPO-WOPO.

The second album is coming out in April, featuring 5-time Grammy Award-winning producer Steve Dub (The Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy). Still Dey Inside (featuring Amaarae and M3nsa) from the debut album Urban Camouflage, and the newest single, Marathon, were both premiered on BBC 1Xtra. The videos of Stays like this and Kawhi each won prizes at the Hungarian Music Video Awards.

OIEE has already played in Prague and Brno and will perform at the United Islands of Prague festival this May. In January, the live act performed on the partner program of Eurosonic Festival in Groningen.

The performance will be part of the Hungarian programme at the United Islands of Prague festival, supported by the Liszt Institute - Hungarian Cultural Centre Prague and the Petőfi Cultural Agency with the supporting system HOTS (Hungarian Oncoming Tunes).
